Supportive Leadership Role : You'll assist the Team Lead in overseeing clinical and administrative functions, ensuring that your team delivers the highest quality care. Community-Based Impact : You'll work directly in the field, providing therapeutic interventions and helping individuals stay independent within their communities. What You'll Do: Step in for the Team Lead when needed, providing both clinical and administrative supervision. Deliver therapeutic interventions in community and home settings. Assist in coordinating team functions, including peer reviews, intakes, and new employee training. Provide direct clinical supervision to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards. Participate in daily team meetings, case reviews, and client care coordination. Collaborate with the Team Lead to ensure timely documentation and quality assurance. Qualifications: Hold a valid license fully or provisionally (LCSW/A, LCMHC/A, LMFT/A, or LPC) in NC Minimum of one year of full-time experience working with adults living with severe mental illness Comfortable working in community settings with a valid driver's license Exceptional Benefits Await You: We will intentionally support your professional goals, development and well-being while offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits for benefits-eligible positions.
