Independent Contractor Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Location/Onsite: Remote (Idaho)

Our client, Highland Springs Speciality Clinic, is seeking a compassionate and driven independent contractor Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join their team. They are mainly looking for LPC that they can offer free supervision for becoming a LCPC. Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? The Perks!

  • Compensation:
  • Less than 20hrs/week - $50-53 per hour
  • 20+ hrs per week - $60-63 per hour
  • Free continuing education credits and ethics classes
  • Sign-on bonus based on following hours worked per week:
  • 5-10 hrs - $500
  • 11-19 hrs - $1k
  • 20+ hrs - $1,500k
  • Flexible remote or hybrid work options (must reside in Idaho)

A Day in the Life of a Counselor

As an LPC or LCPC at Highland Springs Specialty Clinic, you will play a vital role in supporting clients on their journey to mental wellness. Your expertise will help create a safe and therapeutic environment, allowing clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, while you contribute to the overall mission of promoting mental health in the community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual and group counseling sessions
  • Developing personalized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
  • Documenting client progress and maintaining records
  • Participating in ongoing training and supervision

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
  • Valid LPC or LCPC license in Idaho
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping others and commitment to professional development
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
  • Must work a minimum of 5+ hours/week
