Job SummaryWe are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. - Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted NY State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or NY State Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW)
- Must have experience as a mental health therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ICANOTES
