- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
- Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Providing individua -and group therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders.
- Collaborating with clients to develop coping skills, stress management techniques, and strategies for improving overall well-being.
- Monitoring clients' progress throughout treatment and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with agency policies and regulatory standards.
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Providing crisis intervention and support as needed to clients experiencing acute mental health crises. Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Service field is required.
- Two years' social work or mental health experience with youth or families.
