We are looking for a compassionate individual who is committed to providing exceptional mental health services and coaching to individuals and families in need of support. Job Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' needs Develop personalized and effective treatment plans tailored to each individual or family Provide a wide range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions Offer specialized marriage and family therapy services to support healthy relationships Utilize evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, anger management, and trauma Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for clients Stay current on best practices and advancements in the field of mental health therapy and life coaching Company Information: New Beginnings Counseling Center is a reputable organization of 32 years in the Inland Empire Communities of Southern California, known for its commitment to excellence in mental health care.
