About the Opportunity:

- Setting: Behavioral Heath and Addiction Center
Responsibilities:
The Mental Health Therapist will be responsible for:
- Complete structured clinical interview with all new patients
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care
- Document all patient care in electronic medical record
- Participate in CQI projects
- Provide consultation to primary care providers
Qualifications:
- Active LMSW or LCSW in the State of New York
