Responsibilities HRI Hospital is seeking Full Time and Part Time Mental Health Workers! As a Mental Health Worker, you will: * Monitor patient safety on the inpatient psychiatric units* Assist nursing staff with patient treatment procedures* Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment* Assist patients with activities of daily living* Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric environment* Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client behaviors* Assist with patient groups and activities Shifts: Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Evening Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Night Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am Shift Differentials: Evening Shift: +$1.25/Hour Night Shift: +$2.00/Hour Weekend Shift: +$1.50/Hour * Note: The weekend shift differential is cumulative; Example - a weekend evening shift would equate to a +$2.75 cumulative differential) Who We Are HRI Hospital is 64-bed psychiatric facility with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs.
