Job Description:

Overview:

The Merchandise Control Coordinator is responsible for the accurate data entry of revisions for all Purchase Orders into our Merchandising systems. They are also responsible for pricing and markdown management. They will work with their cross-functional partners to ensure that direction provided by our Merchants and Planners are successfully translated into our stores systems for roll out of markdown and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with Merchandising team to oversee and manage the Purchase Order and Purchase Order revision process Work directly with Planning team to oversee and manage Promo and Pricing process Assist in defining styles not currently defined by automated processes Follow through and troubleshoot all issues involved in pricing and Purchase Orders Maintain entry of markdowns for appropriate styles. Assist with coupon entry and maintenance Assist with promo entry and maintenance Uphold accuracy of data entry in both the purchase order and price lookup systems Assist in various projects independent of day-to-day responsibilities

Qualifications:

Computer proficient: MS Office skills with emphasis on Excel Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and project management skills Flexible, organized, team player

Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day Ability to clearly and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods Ability to reach at or below shoulder level Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc.

Requirements & EEO Statement: The salary range for this position is $25.00 to $26.00 per hour. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to position offered and work experience.
