**Merchandise Coordinator**

* Own the ordering and management of samples for production (video and photo) from outreach through return for multiple brands - this includes supplier outreach and coordinating return of samples if necessary
* Tracking status of product during pre-production and reporting out to producers and stakeholders. Flagging when samples are at risk and outlining solutions
* Updating merchandise boards with latest SKU data
* Updating replacement trackers
* Create, maintain and update multiple sample tracking documents at once
* Working with the producer on updating merchandise board data- visual reference for stylists
* Manage on-site logistics including sourcing 3rd party trucking and warehouse support (storage, assembly, donations)
* Travel may be required to photoshoots
* Coordinate all samples on shoot including: unboxing and repackaging samples confirming sample accuracy, communicating updates regularly with Producer and ensuring best practices for sample handling
* Ensure all product costs are within budget providing updates throughout the project
* Google Suite and Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail
* Data manipulation
* Proven to have built strong relationships/ trust with stakeholders
* Knowledge of the life cycle of a photo production would be a plus
* Production experience is a plus!
