- Retail Strategy: Develop a sales plan that taps into the latest trends and maximizes revenue, whether it's in our taproom, online store, or at events.

- Collaboration on Tap: Work with marketing and sales teams to align merchandise launches with new beer releases, seasonal themes, and community events.
- Inventory Wizardry: Manage stock levels like a pro, ensuring popular items are always flowing and never tapped out.

This job operates in a warehouse, taproom, and office environment.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, although for festivals and beer releases, some nights and weekends will be required.Physical DemandsThis is a semi-physical position. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be able to stand on their feet for 8+ hours.TravelMinimal Travel expectations.
