Job DescriptionPOSITION TITLE: Merchandise Order Specialist 1REPORTS TO: Supervisor - Merchandise Order SpecialistSUMMARY:Support assigned Merchandise Division with all areas of data input, entry and maintenance.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Input/Entry and Maintenance:
- Transferring data from Excel into operating system
- Purchase Order entry and maintenance
- AS400 entry and maintenance
- International Purchase Order issuing and maintenance
- Data entry of inter-channel transfers
- Process Management:
- Understand all steps involved to complete tasks
- Communicate with team members to ensure all steps in process have been taken
- Manage ticketing and label issues as needed
- Initiate initial sample requests to vendors for PR and photo shoots
- Problem solving issues and helping CFT reach solutions
- Support business strategies with all special order requests
- General Administrative:
- Manage Excel charts and other departmental documents
- Submit work orders for samples and other related PR requests
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
- Available to work a flexible schedule
PAY/BENEFITS INFORMATION:
- Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location.
