Is that you?Responsibilities for the Processing Associate include some of the following functions:Loading and unloading cartsInspecting clothes, linens, accessories and household goodsClassifying items based upon manufacturer, quality and condition levels.Cleaning and preparing items for the sales floorSorting and pricing productsTagging and rolling items to the sales floorConsolidating goods and operating baling equipmentPrepping and organizing products for shippingPackaging finished products and preparing them for shippingKeeping work area neat and cleanWorking safely and efficientlyQualifications:Strong work ethicAble to understand and meet company policies, procedures and quotasTrack and record processing results to report to Production SupervisorDemonstrated ability to multitask work assignments.Enjoys a fast paced work environmentPhysical RequirementsLifting and carrying 20 lbs.Reaching overhead 20% of timePushing and pulling 4-6 lbs. of force (to push/pull up to 100 lbs. rolling rack)Pushing and pulling 50% of timeStanding 100% of timeRepetitive use of hands 70% of timeBending and crouching 20% of timeGrasping items with hands 100% of timeWorking Conditions:Exposure to periodic temperature fluctuationsExposure to dustFlexibility with schedule based up store needs and sale daysMay be required to perform in an alternate role at the request of the supervisorEducation:High School Degree, GED or equivalent work experiences.
