Description: Stewart's Shops is excited to add merchandisers to our team! Our merchandisers travel to our shops throughout New York and Vermont to support operations with merchandising and marketing changes. Duties: • Provide critical marketing and merchandising support for existing, remodeled, and new shops. • Work closely with district, shop, and facility personnel to execute various marketing, merchandising, and shop layout projects. • Support shop marketing efforts by executing planogram resets, setting displays, organizing product, and cleaning. • Assist shop partners with implementing good marketing procedures. • Provide exceptional customer service. Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required. • Valid driver's license with clean driving record. • Dependable with a team player attitude. • Detail oriented and organized with great communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being safety conscious. • Ability to be on your feet and do repetitive lifting for several consecutive hours. • Willingness to work in a cold environment in coolers and freezers. • Willingness to learn and grow within the company culture. Schedule: • Full time positions available. • Schedule is typically Monday-Friday, but flexibility is needed as schedule includes some holidays, evenings, and overnights. • Some overnight travel may be included. • Pay starting at $19/hour.
