Position Summary: The Merchandiser is responsible for pricing and setting customer's stores. They assist in training new merchandisers and participate in company annual shows by setting up and tearing down displays.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in training new merchandisers on pricing and setting customer shelving
- Create customer store lay-outs, place orders, arrange delivery, and merchandise products
- Submit proper forms for employee re-imbursement
- Participate in company annual shows by setting up and tearing down displays
- Record unsalable merchandise when re-setting customer stores
- Assist in delivering and unloading orders and returns
- Maintain inventory of merchandising supplies
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months experience in merchandising or stocking
- Able to lift up to 30 pounds
- Valid driver's license and able to drive for extended periods of time
