Position OverviewThe Military Relationship Specialist II will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to support the company's military commissary customer base. The Military Relationship Specialist II will serve as the point of contact for the military commissaries to resolve routine customer inquiries regarding inventory, inbound and outbound orders, and data integrity. The Military Relationship Specialist II will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the data for the military commissaries, including new item setup, maintenance of times, and deletions. The Military Relationship Specialist II will also be responsible for reconciling all invoices and associated charges and billings to ensure all parties are being billed appropriately.Job DescriptionDescriptionServes as the key point of contact for item maintenance for the military customer groups, which includes the setup of items, maintenance of all key attributes, and review of the system for potential deletions.Resolves customer inquiries regarding receipt of products into warehouses, including providing customers with reporting of items receivedPartners with manufacturers on aligning all inbound pricing to ensure the military commissaries are being billed appropriately with all associated brackets, fees, and deposits. It also includes the management of any price changes and deals associated with product lines.Enters inbound and outbound orders for assigned accounts into the Company's system and ensures the Company Buyers procure adequate inventory to fulfill requested orders, following through to ensure all orders were processed completelyReconciles invoices for military partners and commissaries. Coordinates directly with stores to collect missing signed paperwork. Completes the life cycle of invoice processing from manufacturing invoicing through customer billing.
