The Merchandising Assistant is responsible for a variety of duties.JOB REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED)A high school diploma or equivalentA valid Pennsylvania Driver's License and acceptable driving recordPrior experience driving and working with a variety of vehiclesAbility to operate vehicles equipped with a manual transmissionAbility to move quickly (Certain elements of the job are physically demanding)Ability to work irregular hours, which may include evenings or Saturdays if neededJOB REQUIREMENTS (PREFERRED)1 or more years of experience as a Lot Attendant, Detailer, Porter, Shuttle Driver, or related positionA familiarity with Rapid ReconJOB DUTIESThis position works both independently and with a team to maintain our photo/inventory merchandising processes and sales lot which is clean, orderly and organized.This involves a variety of duties including:Taking videos/photos of newly arrived vehicles and utilizing both a desktop computer and iPad to monitor successful uploading.Use Photo System to precisely image vehicles.Follow merchandising processes accurately and efficientlyDocumenting VIN numbers, accessories, damage, and other pertinent vehicle features to accompany photos and videosRetrieving newly purchased vehicles from auction sitesTransporting vehicles around lot as well as to auction sites, body shops, dealerships, etc.Creating/attaching signage, such as Buyer's Guides, QR codes, & Other Products to vehiclesAssigning stock control numbers to vehicles, cataloging and storing keysMoving, organizing, and aligning vehicles on the Sales Lot to maximize presentation and use of spaceMaintain upkeep of dealer grounds (ex. clearing snow from vehicles and Sales Lot as necessary)Driving vehicles from point to point within the dealership in support of Sales and Service departments, as directed
