- People who push the boundaries of what is possibleThe summer internship program begins with orientation on May 27th and concludes on August 1st. All internships are paid opportunities. Qualified interns will be eligible for Lowe's housing benefit.Merchandising Field Execution Internship:The Merchandising Field Execution team supports both the Merchandising Service Team (MST) and Field Merchants with the efficient execution and maintenance of both nationwide and localized merchandising strategies through the implementation of standard operating procedures, training, and technology on-boarding. MST both executes and maintains merchandising standards throughout stores during resets, general bay service, price changes, and live goods service. Field Merchants work with core Merchants and store operators to review space productivity and item localization.Areas of Learning:
- Analyze, interpret, and present data with a high-level narrative for consideration by business leaders.
- Articulate business impacts and needs to technology partners.
- Work cross functionally with and gain alignment from different work groups.
- Give and receive feedback and incorporate into iterative workflows.Education and/or Experience:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, I.T. Project Management, Data Science or related fields from an accredited university with expected graduation dates of December 2025 or May 2026.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA is required.
- Proficient in MS Office Programs (specifically Word, Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint).
- Strong collaborative, innovative, problem solving, organizational, and communication skills are required.
