Job Description Reporting to the Sales Operations Director, the Merchandising Manager drives and monitor sales performance byclosely partnering with our local Sales Administration, Retail, CRM Complication team and all Head Office departments to analyze and report on the Sales related data within the Market. Contribute to the elaboration of the market strategy per reference, ensuring successful product sell through, minimize aging and optimizing performance & profitability. Analytically minded with excellent product sensitivity, oversees the Sell In and Sell Out activity and contribute to the administration and flow of products through the POS. Reporting and Analysis
- Responsible for the sales and inventory reporting, including SISO dashboards, insights, and market sales trends
- Gather feedback from the market per reference for latest sales trends, communication with local Management and HQ Sales Administration
- Build and maintain a strong communication with APMK Sales Administration regarding product demand vs PA to help in monthly planification exercise
- Support the allocation process INT/JV Boutique weekly deliveries and reporting
- Support the Brand Teams in selection of products for Press, Events and Exhibitions
- Analyze to proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement, optimization, and implement solutions with Sales Directors
- Ensure accuracy and efficient distribution of sales related reports, revisions to existing, and development of new reporting tools as required
Stock and Inventory Management
- Monitor demand on most requested references and slow movers with Retail Teams and APNA Sales Administration
- Stock maintenance and rotation of aged stock with Retail Teams and Sales Administration
- Regular proposal to rebalance the stock across channels and boutiques
- Stock analysis of on hand inventory per POS to ensure optimal stock representation based on available APNA stock and remaining PA
- Recommendation of returns to APMK for credit
Qualifications
- 5+ years Merchandise Management experience, preferably for a luxury watch or jewelry brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills; experience in conducting market research and analyzing sales data
- Knowledge of order processing systems and CRM software
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with international business operations is an advantage
Additional Information Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
