OverviewMerchandising Supervisor: £15.90 per hour.Starting salary equivalent of £33,072 per year, plus overtime.All applicants must have proof of 5 Years Residency in Jersey in order to apply. Our Merchandising Supervisors are at the very heart of our stores. Always putting customer experience first, they take ownership of store standards and the overall visual aspect of store. - You will be responsible for the set up and task management of campaigns throughout the year, including seasonal promotions and sales.
- Working with your Deputy Store Manager to identify sales opportunities and have a keen eye for Merchandising.
- Working with the Stock and Delivery Supervisor to deliver strong store standards
What we'll look for in you
- That you're a polite and focused individual who is able to motivate and lead a growing team.
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail environment so you'll understand the importance of being completely customer focused, always aiming to communicate effectively and ultimately selling more.
- You'll be a flexible individual able to work across the weekends and evenings.
- A passion for retail and approach to work with a positive attitude and the the ability to think on your feet.
