**Please review the following job description:**

Serve as project manager on new customer system installations and system upgrade projects. Serve as technical lead on system configurations and client staff training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

1. Support sales team by meeting with prospective clients, performing demonstrations and answering technical questions about the recommended software selected.

2. Conduct Post Sale meetings with new clients to discuss their specific systems and functionality requirements needed for a seamless installation.

3. Coordinate with Truist Merchant Services Sales and Sales Support to obtain a merchant account and to obtain specific merchant credentials prior to system installation.

4. Perform on-site installation and training of restaurant staff.

5. Provide ongoing software support, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day on a rotational basis.

6. Assist with client product upgrades when needed.

7. Provide suggestions to clients on the latest products when appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

1. Associate's degree in a Technology related field, or equivalent education and related training or experience

2. 5+ years of experience in a software support role

3. 5+ years of experience in supporting restaurant point-of-sale systems

4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills

5. Strong technical comprehension skills

6. Strong Microsoft and Apple operating system skills

7. Strong networking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 4-year degree in Computer Science or another technology related field
