Other duties/responsibilities may be assigned, and as an Onsight employee you will be held to the highest professional standards.+ Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a consistently warm friendly demeanor, showing compassion and empathy to everyone you interact with.+ Provide exceptional Valet services, ensuring the safety and security of people and their belongings.+ Will support and work in a team environment to meet all metrics that strengthens the client relationship with Onsight Healthcare.+ Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.+ Meticulously maintain records, including photos of vehicle, condition, and other records as needed.+ Efficiently manage parking logistics adhering to all site requirements and abiding by all traffic laws.+ Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.+ Other duties as assigned.Job Requirements+ Over the age of 18 years old+ Eligible to work for any U.S. Employer+ High school Diploma or GEDrequired+ Possess a valid active in-state regular drivers license(No Permits or Probationary License)+ Have driven, and maintained, a clean driving record for the past 5 years+ Will work with professionalism, integrity, and compassion, supporting your team, and together represent Onsight Healthcare throughout the facility.+ Works well independently and as part of a team+ Ability to adequately operate apps/technology on a tablet and learn new software that may have to be applied to the daily tasks for this role.+ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, paying attention to surroundings and details.+ Ability to work in a stationary position for hours at a time in an outdoor environment.+ Ability to move with urgency and speed.+ Safely and physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.+ Ability to effectively build relationships with hospital staff, patients, guests, and team.+ Must be able to speak, read, and write Standard English (Bi-lingual not required but a plus!)+ This role will require continuous physical engagement in an outdoor environment that at times may include being exposed to harsh elements including severe cold weather, rain, sleet, snow, and other inclement weather.+ Physical involvement will include walking, standing, pushing, and pulling of various luggage/belongings in and out of a patient's vehicle, all while delivering outstanding customer service.Compensation+ Base pay of $14/hour plus tips+ DailyPay App available (fees may apply)+ Annual Merit-Based pay raises+ Advancement OpportunitiesBenefits+ Uniforms provided+ Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO)+ Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance+ Short and Long-term Disability Insurance+ Life and Accidental InsuranceAbout UsOnsight Healthcareprovides our healthcare partners with comprehensive valet, healthcare, and customer service solutions that focus on patient care.
