• Experience managing the full M&A life cycle, including post-merger integration (PMI)
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to create and present complex business cases
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Located in PST time zone

Insight Global is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), preferably with a strong background in the insurance industry. This individual will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of M&A transactions, from deal sourcing and due diligence through to post-merger integration (PMI). The ideal candidate has a deep network within the insurance sector, significant experience in deal structuring, and a proven track record of successfully executing transactions. You will play a critical role in identifying and acquiring companies that align with our strategic goals. Responsibilities
