Duties/Responsibilities: · Provide accurate quotations based on customer supplied blueprints. · Work with the Leads to get accurate fabrication hours and lead times. · Request updated raw material pricing. · Request outside operation pricing and determine the best vendor by analyzing the cost differences and lead time. · Locate new vendors when needed and establish a working relationship. · Ensure RFQ's are being completed in a timely manner. · Comply with all requirements noted by the RFQ requestor. Skills/Qualifications: · Blueprint reading. · Knowledge of fabrication and manufacturing processes. · Knowledge of the metal supply industry. · Proficient computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office. · Must be able to work both independently and within a team. · Strong attention to detail and accuracy. · Excellent communication skills. · Strong problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. · Ability to input and organize the data created.
