Position - Metal Finisher - Grinder/Polisher Job Location - Green Bay, WI Starting Date - Immediate, 12/4/2024 Employment Term - Temp-to-Hire, Direct Hire Employment Type - Full-Time Work Hours (Shift) - 1st Shift (7:00am - 4:30pm) Starting Pay - Depends on Experience $16-$29 Benefits - Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays Required Education - High School Diploma/GED Required Experience - At least 2 years of experience Responsibilities [3-5 Bullet Points ex: Mount, install, align and secure tools and attachments] • Use a variety of methods, abrasives, air powered tools and equipment to safely andefficiently grind and polish metal materials to meet required results.• Finish components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions. Perform finishing work inconfined spaces.• Perform light maintenance on air powered tools to maintain maximum tool efficiency.Report equipment faults for repairs.• Strive for maximum efficiencies while maintaining quality and safety standards.Qualifications [3-5 Bullet Points ex: High School Diploma or equivalent ] • Experience in metal finishing preferred. • Capable of learning and efficiently performing multiple functions throughout the finishing department including but not limited to grinding and polishing stainless steel parts and equipment. • Must be capable of using a variety of methods, abrasives and tools to safely and efficiently grind and polish materials.
