Duties/Responsibilities:
* Install new roofs and roofing materials on residential homes and commercial buildings.
* Inspect roofs to identify issues needing repair and determine the best solutions.
* Remove existing roofs and install replacement roofing materials.
* Replace damaged or rotting plywood, joists, or other structural components.
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Experience in metal roofing, carpentry, construction, sheet metal, or outdoor labor.
* Strong work ethic and integrity.
* Proficiency with roofing materials and installation techniques.
* Ability to follow instructions with precision.
* Skilled in using hand and power tools.
* Strong math skills.
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
* Willingness to perform out-of-town work when necessary.
* Impeccable driving record.
