Metallurgical Technician in

Metallurgical Technician you will:
- Rate and take images of ferrous and non-ferrous microstructures in accordance with ASTM standards. Parts being analyzed can be in the heat treated or un-heat treated state.
- Work with a team dedicated to analyzing parts and material for conformance to established criteria, in support of high velocity manufacturing.
This is a
full time opportunity.
1st Shift - 7AM to 3PMThe ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of ferrous microstructures produced by various heat treat processes.
- Experience in micro sample preparation, hardness testing, and utilization of an inverted microscope (Up to 1000X).
- Computer skills including basic PC skills, experience in MS Word / Excel, and digital metallographic imaging.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Qualified candidates should
