Syndeo Staffing has an immediate opening for a Water Meter Readers for the City of Wichita. These duties will include digging, filling holes, replacing rebar & meter boxes, and assisting the crew with any other manual labor tasks necessary to complete the project.Responsibilities:Read water meters on an assigned route and record readings.Inspect water meters and makes notes of leaks or repairs needed.Repair and/or install water meters or water meter components as required.Provide information or refer customers to the appropriate office for assistance as needed.Requirements:Previous customer service and/or or route/delivery driver experience preferred.Active drivers license with an insurable driving record.Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background and MVR).Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.Pay: $13.77/hour
