Metering Associate Program

Under general supervision, the Metering Associate will work to learn the concepts and principles of all phases of technical metering. Job duties will include shipping, receiving, and retiring meters; installing, removing, and testing single-phase self-contained meters; and fulfilling various meter-related requests, and maintaining and revising various drawings and other documentation. The Metering Associate is a part of the Metering Technology Development Program where they will participate in Oncor classroom metering academics and field skill application to develop and learn technical metering. This program typically leads to consideration for meter technicians, engineering analysts, or meter repair technicians. Key Roles & Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
