This position will be responsible for, and focused on, processes, procedures, and systems to ensure accurate and timely product recording and tracking within the mandatory METRC system. This METRC Specialist role manages and maintains inventory compliance with State regulations for the company, as directed by management. The METRC Specialist will ensure all Edible and Infused Preroll in process products and finished products have a METRC generated RFID tag. This person will ensure the accuracy of manifested products to and from licensed facilities. This person will accurately enter information into METRC, taking a careful approach to ensure information is accurate before being submitted. The METRC Specialist will also assist with periodic inventory audits and will coordinate all Testing with the Testing Labs. This role requires significant attention to detail. This person will also assist with production related tasks around the facility as needed and as time allows.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains product inventory in METRC
- Ensures all finished product and work-in-process inventory is tagged with appropriate RFID METRC tags.
- Creates and maintains inventory groups and facility room locations
- Monitor testing websites for returning Final COA's and creating compliant labels
- Handles METRC work for the Manufacturing Department, primarily Edibles and Infused PreRolls
- Responsible for creating outgoing product manifests as needed
- Responsible for verifying and accepting incoming product manifests as needed
- Responsible for organizing samples and creating manifests for all products to be sent to Testing labs
- Maintains Relationships with 3rd Party Testing Companies
- Other tasks as assigned by METRC Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- METRC experience preferred
- Able to work at our St. Louis facility
- Able to pass State required background check and receive industry qualifying badge
