We are looking for a Manufacturing Senior Plant Manager to join our team based in Tarsus/Mersin. The individual directly report to SC Plant Director.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct Production, Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Sustainability, Project Management & continuous improvement functions in plant.
  • Lead & manage the Site Leadership Team of the Plant.
  • For each AOP & strat process, make the Direct Labor, MOH & Capex budgets, confirm within Manufacturing Lead Team and meet annual and mid-month forecasts.
  • As part of those processes, develop best product, capacity & demand split between Suadiye & Tarsus taking into account minimum production cost & minimum investment with the involvement of Supply Chain Dept.
  • Lead Plant Capex within the agreed phasing & implementation plan.
  • Lead Plant Sustainability agenda including ERP program in the plant.
  • Construct partnership with Plant for including in the overall management of the plant.
  • Letting Plant HR Manager doing the liaison, coach and direct all plant relations with the surrounding legal commune and intervene in critical cases.
  • Lead ongoing quality programs : HACCP, AIB, VA, Consumer Complaints, etc..
  • Lead Product Safety & Product Recall task forces as per implied by current Crisis Management Organization in the company on behalf (Manufacturing)Contribute to ongoing Starfleet and site expert trainer programs in the region.
  • Launch the plant scorecard & Ops Report every month, identify rooms for improvement and follow up on forward & corrective actions.
  • Develop the Capability Calendar and Manufacturing Activity Calendar with SLT and keep those calendars linked to ongoing MoH forecasts.
    • Be the key driver of OHS & org cap development in the plant.
    • Lead the company-wide Funding the Growth Program & report savings each month to MU & BU.
    • Maintain best control standards for technical material management & scheduling
  • Meet the requirements of GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management system procedures and instructions both himself and his direct reports.
  • Provide sources to create, implement, continue to improve the GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management system
  • Preside the Management Review Meeting, review the performance of ISO 14001 Environmental Management system
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor Science in Engineering
  • Fluent in English
  • Senior Experience in production / plant management
  • Result oriented, decision making, motivating-inspiring others
