The Role at a glance:The Creative Manager will work closely with the Creative Director to execute and oversee a wide range of projects within the Dining and Events segment, supporting both existing operations and new business initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing promotional activations, conducting unit marketing audits, coordinating new business openings, and maintaining creative asset management. This role will also oversee swag, gifting, and uniform standards, as well as lead various special projects that contribute to the department's creative output. As the driver of efficient workflows, the Creative Manager will ensure the organization of assets and project data, while fostering engagement through strong relationships, continuous feedback, and collaboration with clients, guests, unit operators, and team members.
This role is hybrid and located in Philadelphia. You will report to the office 1-3 times per week and travel on demand for installs, openings, promo events, etc.
