See more about us at Test Analysis/EFUM/ODADDThe Manager Test Analysis/EFUM/ODADD acts as deputy ODA administrator for Bell's Piney Flats Commercial Aircraft programs.Leads all aspects of design engineering activities by providing subject matter expertise and by managing a team of technical professionals.This role requires a dynamic leader who can innovate processes, manage resources effectively, and exceed customer expectations while maintaining a strong relationship with the FAA and other regulatory bodies.What you'll be doing as Manager Test Analysis/ EFUM/ODADD:Performs system and subsystem integration, technical risk assessments, technical planning, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analyses of total systems throughout the system lifecycle.Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal.Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.Lead Piney Flats design engineering activities, to include the airworthiness certification of all projects (10-15 new Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) products per year, plus multiple customizing designs for aircraft completions).Manage structural analysis and test engineering, especially for TIA test flights.Manage all EFUMs at Piney Flats location and provide expert guidance in certification, test, and engineering analysis, and design installation corrections.QualificationsSkills You Bring to this Role:Experience with FAA/Foreign Civil Aviation Regulatory RequirementsProfessional Engineer (PE) or FAA Designated Engineering Representative (DER) preferredTechnical Project Management experience preferredEFUM or ODADD preferredExperience working in an Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) environmentWhat You Need to be Successful:Bachelor's degree Aerospace, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or similar Engineering degree.Master's degree in engineering preferred.At least 10 years of experience with aircraft design / analysis OR aircraft certificationWhat we offer you in return:80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO)120 hours Vacation time12-13 paid holidays per year6 weeks parental leaveTuition reimbursementCompetitive salaryComprehensive health insuranceOn-site fitness centerAccess to Employee Resource GroupAnd so much moreIt's time to make your mark on the future of aviation.
