Job Title: Microelectronics Production Assembler

Pay Rate:$23.66/hr on W2
Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): 3rd; 10 PM to 6:30 AM with a 30 min unpaid lunch (M-F)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Description: - The successful candidate will be part of a manufacturing assembly team involving microelectronic components.
- Duties can include manual assembly tasks, solder, operating semi and automated processing equipment, operating ovens, using a microscope to perform and inspect work, sitting and standing for prolonged periods, following detailed written work instructions from a computer, using our Factory Operating System (FOS), create non conformances in FOS, and performing rework.
Required Skills: - Job duties require hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail.
- The candidate must have basic computer and math skills.
- Must be able to read and interpret written work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Must be able to communicate effectively, multi-task, and be flexible with the work as needed.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks per an established, proven process and to perform in-process inspection by company standards and customer specifications.
- Microelectronic assembly and rework experience.
- Hand solder experience with microelectronics.
- Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards
- Effective time management skills are a must.
- U.S. Citizenship

Education Level Required: - HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post-high school training) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
