Micropac currently averages 150 employees.Job ResponsibilitiesThe essential functions and key responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:• A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing assembly or production environment (preferred)• Experienced in automated and/or manual die attach• Experienced in automated and/or manual wire bonding• Must be able to read, understand, and follow building instructions• Must be able to understand the process of documentation, bill of materials, and assembly drawings• Basic computer skills are necessary• Must be available for over-time when needed, on short notice.• Must be able to set up, calibrate, and operate the auto mount machine• Must have the ability to work with small hand tools such as tweezers, epoxy dispensers, vacuum pens and more• Experience with soldering is a plusJob Requirements• Highschool Diploma or equivalent• Must possess an excellent attendance and work record• Must possess an excellent attitude that aligns with our Core Values• Must have demonstrated leadership ability, good organizational and communication skills• Must be able to work closely with others in a team environment• Strong ability to problem-solveEqual Employer Opportunity, Disabled, Veterans
