Job Description:

Hiring for Microscope Assemblers in the Arden Hills, MN area!

Job Description:

  • Assemble small plastic and electronic components for hearing aid and pacemaker batteries.

  • Use a microscope for assembly and checking parts for quality, up to 6 hours per shift.

  • Work in a clean-room environment.

  • Use tweezers and small hand tools.

  • Follow work orders and complete documentation, requiring reading and writing in English.

  • Sit for most of the day.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • prior medical assembly experience preferred

  • prior microscope experience

  • anyone with prior manufacturing experience or sewing experience

Job Type:

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 18 Week(s).

Work Site:

This is a fully on-site position in Arden Hills, Minnesota.

Work Environment:

Working in a clean room with lab coat, hair covering, gloves, and safety glasses. No makeup allowed. The company is small, with around 50 people per shift in the building. The facility is nice and new, with a family feel. Many employees have been with the company for 15 years.

Working in the Arden Hills location on 2nd shift from 1:30 pm to 10 pm, Monday to Friday, with common overtime on Saturdays.
