Job Description Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Location: Jersey City NJ / Chicago IL / Atlanta GA (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with 8-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using MS Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background working with both on-premises and online environments and expertise in CRM customization, integrations, and DevOps pipelines. This is a great opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.
  • Strong experience in on-premises and cloud environments with advanced knowledge of security models and customizations.
  • Hands-on expertise in C# .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, and integration technologies like REST APIs and ODATA.
  • Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
  • Proven knowledge of DevOps practices, setting up pipelines for CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience or knowledge of Power Apps Portals.
  • Experience in Unified Service Desk (USD) customization, configuration, and deployment.
Certifications in:
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Service
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customizations
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement security models, out-of-the-box configurations, and complex custom workflows in MS Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and customize Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, and Forms in Dynamics CRM.
  • Perform hands-on development using C# .NET, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD Developer Toolkit.
  • Create and manage SQL Server development tasks, including SSRS/SSIS design, data tier components, and services.
  • Handle third-party integrations using tools such as Kingswaysoft, REST APIs, ODATA, Web APIs, and SSIS packages.
  • Utilize Azure services for system integration, including Azure Functions, Service Bus, PCF Controls, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Set up and manage DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms using standard DevOps tools.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of development, including analysis, coding, testing, and quality processes.
  • Provide problem-solving and analytical skills for handling business requirements and technical challenges.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000/yearly. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note : No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
