Hours of operation are standard office hours Monday through Friday, with the ability to be on call as needed. In this rewarding role, you will:
- Perform as a subject matter expert for the delivery of Dynamics 365 configuration and architecture.
- Create, customize and configure Dynamics 365/Model-driven PowerApps components including tables, workflows, business process flows, integrations, and custom code to meet business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior colleagues, developing a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.
- Develop and maintain integrations with external systems, leveraging tools like Power Automate, Logic Apps, and Scribe.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect data integrity within the Power Platform environments.
- Use discretion and expert judgment to establish level of effort for development activities.
- Stay current with industry trends and updates related to Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, ensuring continuous improvement of our practices.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- 9+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM platform and the Power Platform.
- Proficiency with both front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and back-end technologies (C#, .NET).
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365/Model-Driven PowerApp customization, configuration, and extendibility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation.
Desired:
- Familiarity with Azure services.
- Experience with Oracle database.
- Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
