Duties:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on environmental regulations and statutes.
- Provide counsel to clients on environmental compliance matters.
- Represent clients in environmental litigation proceedings.
- Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
- Assist senior attorneys in case management and strategy development.
- Participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of prior work experience in environmental law.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and statutes.
- Excellent legal writing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in the environmental field, such as industry, government, or non-profit work, is advantageous.
- Currently licensed to practice law in CA or eligible to become licensed.
Education and Certifications:
