Mid-Level Litigation Associate

We are working with a remarkable law firm based in New York who are seeking to recruit a talented individual to their litigation department.

The firm are looking for a Mid-Level Associate to join the complex disputes and government investigations & white collar defense practice groups.

The team boasts a diverse practice encompassing all facets of complex disputes, from pretrial resolution to trial, including business and commercial litigation, white collar defense and investigations, consumer protection and advertising, employment, entertainment, financial services litigation, health care litigation, intellectual property, patent litigation, and privacy and data security, among others. The litigators work collaboratively across offices and industry sectors.

Job Requirements:

• 3 to 6 years of broad litigation experience, including internal investigations, taking and defending depositions, researching, drafting pleadings, handling court appearances, and managing large-scale document productions.
• Candidate should be a detail-oriented, independent self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment is essential.
• New York bar is required.
• Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.

Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services. You will possesses a strong commitment to pro bono representation.

Salary - $250,000 - $415,000
