Are you a skilled machinist with a passion for precision? Nexeo is looking for a Mid-Level Machinist to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on CNC mills and lathes,utilizing your expertise in machining while enjoying a balanced workweek with excellent benefits.*Responsibilities *Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes,ensuring parts are machined to specification by adjusting controls for speed,feed,and depth.Programming & Troubleshooting: Program the machines at the controller and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and accuracy.Daily Maintenance: Perform routine machine maintenance and basic cleanup at the end of each day.Quality Assurance: Use manual measuring devices to inspect parts,ensuring they meet technical requirements based on blueprints and drawings.Finishing Work: Conduct deburring,tapping,honing,and other finishing operations when required.QualificationsExperience: A minimum of 5+ years working with CNC mills and lathes,with experience in manual machining being a strong advantage.Technical Skills: Proficiency in CNC programming,machine setup,tooling,and fixture adjustments. HAAS experience is a plus.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
