Arnall Golden Gregory LLPs Real Estate Group seeks a mid-level associate with 4-6 years of real estate experience to focus exclusively in retail real estate. Primary job duties will include leasing (representing both landlords and tenants), purchase and sale agreements, reciprocal easement agreements and other aspects of commercial transactions involving retail businesses and real estate. Prior leasing and purchase and sale experience is required. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills, be a self-starter and have the ability to work well within a team.
