Belay Technologies is seeking a System Administrator (SA) to join our intel team. The SA provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems. The SA manages IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc. The SA provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. The SA provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. The SA provides support for the dispatch system and hardware problems and remains involved in the resolution process. The SA configures and manages UNIX and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance. Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- 8 years of additional system administration experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
- 8 years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type

- Configuration and Maintenance of Virtual Machines
- VCenter/VMWare
- AWS Experience
- VPC, EC2, S3
- Linux and Windows operating systems
- CentOS, RedHat, Windows 10, Window Server
- DNS Experience
- Scripting languages (e.g. Perl, bash, etc.)
- Ansible Playbooks
- Jenkins - Continuous Integration /Continuous Delivery (CI/CD)
- OS and Software application patching (e.g. IAVA, Version updates)
- Excellent communications skills
- Working with the ISSE and the accreditation of the system, handling Service desk tickets and heading up the Global searches system.
