Poste et missionsOverview: Join our dynamic client servicing team within the A&S group of Global Finance Operations (GFO) at Natixis, where we are focused on growth and excellence in client management. The A&S team serves as a vital link between Originators, Syndicators, and Relationship Managers, playing a crucial role in ensuring outstanding client service. As a Middle Office and Agency Officer, you will be a prominent representative of Natixis Administrative Agency, engaging directly with clients and taking ownership of agency mandates in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with A&S colleagues to support Global Trade (GT), Global Infrastructure and Projects (GIP), Aviation Finance (AF), Latin America (LAT), Structured Asset Finance (SAF), and Global Structured Credit Solutions (GSCS) Business Units (BUs) in securing, maintaining, and managing Administrative and Security Agency mandates.
  • Assist BUs in deal pricing and pitching to attract mandates, while providing strategic advice on deal structuring to enhance operational feasibility and minimize risks.
  • Support compliance efforts, including onboarding processes for lenders, and ensure adherence to KYC and AML regulations.
  • Review and provide feedback on draft legal documentation, working closely with BUs and lenders' counsel.
  • Facilitate legal and operational closing of transactions, managing conditions precedent and subsequent to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain and update KYC and AML documentation in collaboration with Compliance, staying informed about regulatory changes and completing required Natixis training.
  • Execute signature authority responsibilities by signing internal and external legal documents on behalf of Natixis Agency.
  • Manage distribution and voting requirements for waivers and amendments to financing documentation.
  • Oversee Agency-related processes for Assignments, Sales, and Secondary trades, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in legal documentation analysis, interpreting provisions, and consulting with legal counsel on complex matters.
  • Utilize a variety of IT systems and tools, including Excel, to create and maintain monitoring spreadsheets and support operational tasks.
  • Share insights and expertise with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with outsourcing partners, such as Alter Domus, to ensure efficient servicing of non-REH counterparties.
  • Take on new responsibilities as the A&S Servicing platform evolves, including operational tasks from the Middle Office and contributing to system design and enhancements.
  • Perform comprehensive A&S functions, including monitoring covenants and deadlines, coordinating closings, and managing documentation from stakeholders.
  • Calculate and invoice interest, fees, and principal amounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
  • Interact with Alter Domus for transaction setup and maintenance within their systems.
  • Coordinate payment instructions with Data Management and manage audit confirmations and UCC filings.
The salary range for this position will be between $150,000 - $180,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.Profil et comptences requisesBachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.7-10 years of experience in Corporate Banking, specifically in areas such as Syndicated Lending, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, and Asset-based Lending.Strong understanding of banking activities and products, including various lending types, letters of credit, and financial calculations.Proficiency in analyzing company financial statements and calculating financial ratios.Familiarity with legal documentation related to lending transactions and agency engagements, with a keen ability to identify when to escalate issues for further interpretation.Advanced Excel skills, including the use of macros.Experience with banking systems such as LIQ and Clearpar, with a demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly.Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
