Maintain a safe atmosphere of learning in the classroom using effective and appropriate classroom management techniques that fosters learning and personal growth. To help students develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education. Maintain appropriate level of communication with administrators, parents and other staff members while adhering to confidentiality guidelines at all times.
