Overview:

As a Middle School Basketball Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and leading the school's basketball team. You will work with students to enhance their basketball skills, promote teamwork, and instill a love for the sport.

Responsibilities:

Organize and conduct regular practices to improve players' skills.

Develop game strategies and tactics to maximize the team's performance.

Provide guidance and mentorship to student-athletes, both on and off the court.

Foster a supportive and respectful team environment that encourages sportsmanship.

Attend games, tournaments, and other team events.

Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members during practices and games.

Emphasize the importance of fair play and good sportsmanship.

Collaborate with other coaches and school staff to coordinate team activities.

Qualifications:

* Previous coaching experience, preferably in basketball.
