A progressive, cutting-edge international law firm is seeking a talented and energetic midlevel associate to join its top-tier IP/Tech Transactions practice in New York (other offices may be considered for exceptional candidates).

Associates at this Am Law 50 firm will have the opportunity to represent clients that range from global corporate entities to innovative growth companies, and will advise along the full corporate life-cycle to protect their most valuable intellectual property assets.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 3 years experience in intellectual property licensing, technology transfer and other technology transactions, IP support of corporate transactions.

• Have experience drafting and negotiating IP and tech licenses and other commercial agreements, as well as performing due diligence for corporate transactions and technology transfers.

• Possess a stellar academic record

• Be qualified to practice in New York

Base compensation starting at $225K+ and based on experience.
