LHH Recruitment Solutions, formerly known as Parker + Lynch Legal, is assisting a top midsize law firm in New York City in its search for a Corporate Associate with 2-6 years of broad corporate experience. An ideal candidate will have experience with some or all of the following: (i) drafting and negotiating LLC agreements, JV agreements, partnership and franchise agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, private placement memoranda and corporate resolutions; (ii) M&A transactions; and (iii) reviewing organizational documents in the role of lender s counsel. This firm is known for offering good work/life balance (billables are 1800 for bonus) and competitive compensation.
Qualifications:
2-6 years of broad corporate experience
Strong academic credentials
Admitted to the NY bar
