JOB SUMMARY
The Division Manager will lead and manage a team of 8-10 Women's Health Representatives across Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio. This role involves overseeing budgets, analyzing sales data, and collaborating closely with the Marketing Team to develop effective field sales strategies. A strong emphasis will be placed on building relationships across various departments, including Training, Marketing, and Sales Operations, while maintaining a deep understanding of the menopause market dynamics. The successful candidate will provide inspirational leadership and coaching, ensuring Representatives are accountable for their performance and receive regular feedback to drive improvement. Additionally, they will play a crucial role in recruiting and retaining top talent, fostering professional development, and upholding the company's corporate values and compliance standards. Through strategic direction and a commitment to team success, this role aims to expand business opportunities and enhance overall market share.
