Job Description
This is an amazing opportunity for experienced welders to utilize their skills in MIG & TIG welding at a fabrication shop in Louisa VA. Plus, you get radically affordable health insurance after 30 days!
NO PER DIEM BEING OFFERED THIS IS A SHOP POSITION.
What You'll Do as a Mig Tig Welder:
- Preparing surfaces and setting up welding equipment
- Positioning pieces to be welded into jigs, holding fixtures, or guides
- Performing all positions of welding on various structures and metals
- Operate welding equipment
- Study engineering drawings and blueprints to determine materials requirements and task sequences
- Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or materials requirements
