Live by our safety culture always, pursing our goal of zero accidents.Execute deliverables throughout the lifecycle of projects which include, but not limited to, scope definition, proposal definition, and project execution.Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.Monitor/manage project progress/schedule, implementation, documentation, budgets, labor hours, identify and address issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.Work with Foremen/Superintendents to plan, assign, and monitor work responsibilities for field crews, and maintain MIG's quality standards.Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.Report and escalate issues to management as needed.Work with internal team to source and manage materials and outside contractors as required for projects.Verify punch list items at project completion and complete turn over package.Work with the finance team to invoice on a timely basis, process and manage change orders, and assist with collections when necessary.Travel: 25% to 50%Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications:
5 years+ experience managing construction projects or 10 years of field experience.Proven ability to collaborate with other team members, engineers, subcontractors, and customers with minimal oversight.Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholdersA working knowledge of ASME B31.3/31.1 welding procedures and API guidelines Construction experience in the Air Separation, Gas Processing, or Energy industriesProficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)After-hours phone availability for field team support.Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.Preferred Qualifications:
